The community is where I will spend the bulk of my time online. Creating both a resource and a community space for like-minded folks. There will be a monthly cost, no contract, month-to-month, cancel anytime. And there are a lot of downloads to take and use (I think 18 so far and more being added). One price access to everything and some fun extras. And the content will continue to be added to on a regular basis! Some examples are coloring, themed kits, for relaxation, or to use as mood trackers. There are habit trackers, savings (like save your money) pages, blank calendar pages, meds and meals trackers, and so much more. Lots of Wellness Brain and Body Content. There will be exclusive teaching videos and discounts on classes. And a place to ask questions and talk directly with me. And it's all a lifestyle, so what's the lifestyle theme? Witchy Wellness - that means you can get free PDF printout tarot readings, and pages about what the Moon is up to and when Mercury is retrograde, and so much-much more. It's going to be a lot of fun. But also designed to be a value for your life. love ya, T Soon, I will be starting a weekly post, specific to the moons for the week, and aligned activities. Similar to the newspaper column I used to write. However, I will not be doing full astrology breakdowns. Sure, there will probably be a post here or there about some major transit, but that's about it. So I want to give you recommendations of some online astrologers that do a really great job, each has their own flavor, and all offer a lot of free content to the world. Because it can be hard to know who to trust or believe. First up is Astrology with Heather. She really loves medical astrology, and she teaches it too. She also has an online academy where you can learn astrology. She does a weekly post and breaks down for each sign how that is going to look for them. And a reminder, you will want to listen to both your rising sign and your sun sign in those posts. Heather and her husband have their own little farm space, and really are that back-to-earth, crunchy vibe. She also loves to really deep dive into things, has studied a lot, and knows there is always more to learn, and that's exciting. Heather is a cool chick, that's her vibe. https://www.youtube.com/@AstrologywithHeather Next up is Bonnie Gillespie, I love her, she is fun and funny. Her mother was an astrologer, so she learned at an early age all the things, and is fantastic about breaking down the planets and their moods, err influences in words you will already know and understand. She is spending a lot more time doing lives, and I call them fun times to hang out. So yes, you will actually see me in that chat frequently. I make as many as I can. Her flavor is about what days are best for what activities (and does a monthly, plan-ahead calendar), and because she also has an actor, writer background, she is great for giving you ideas on best days to launch, ask, etc., yes, even for your social media campaigns. She and her husband live in CA, and you will often get to see their dog in the videos. https://www.youtube.com/@BonnieGillespieLive Next up is Pam Gregory, and she is a gift, especially in these times we are living in and leveling up to be. Her channel will give you a lot more than astrology, because she also interviews and shares with many other aligned people. That means you can hear about folks who channel, the gene keys, heart coherence, and so much, much more. Her flavor is more about alignment with creating a future that is the best of us, for all of us. She is also an amazing astrologer and does a great mix of sharing information for the more advanced astrology followers, as well as the beginners. And a totally personal note here, her outfits are amazing, I would love to go play in her closet! https://www.youtube.com/@PamGregoryOfficial And last up is Debra Silverman. She has been doing this for a long time and breaks it all down so a fourth grader could follow along. She is warm and fun, and brings the Aloha energy to everything she does. She has several books you can pick up (buy them or borrow them from your local library) that will teach you step by step more about who you really are. She is what you might think of as more of the "old school" astrologer. And she is always tying together things, with words like if you have this combination, or if a baby were born today, they would. Her love of people, the planet, and astrology is something you can't miss, and you feel wrapped up in that hug. https://www.youtube.com/@silvermanastrology I can hear you already, "Yeah, Theresa, that would be great, but who can even get past all the mixed messages? Or even know where to start, much less have fun." Stick with me here, I have some ideas! Obviously, use medical advice about what you can and can't do, and follow that. And if you aren't sure, schedule an appointment, or at your next appointment, ask. And there are some things to know about medications that you take (that no one probably told you), and you could check with your local pharmacist on that. Here are a couple of examples: Antidepressants, particularly SSRIs and MAOIs, are known to cause joint pain, muscle aches, dizziness, and decreased balance, which can significantly increase one’s risk of falling during exercise. These drugs can also cause excessive sweating, which could lead to dehydration. Be aware that antihistamines can cause dizziness and affect balance. Importantly, they can also affect temperature regulation, which could lead some clients to experience overheating. Both of those quotes are taken from ACEFitness.org, where I am credentialed in fitness. And of course, that's not a complete list, just some examples. Can we get to the fun part already?? YES What do you like to do? If you like to listen to music, then turn some on and get your wiggle happening. Do you like to talk to your best friend? Great, go for a walk together, catch up on all the things. And each of you take a bottle of water with you. Do you like to garden? That's fantastic exercise. But I only have a patio! Just the act of carrying the water in and out of the house to the patio is some exercise. Can you walk to the local store? Or spend extra time walking around the farmer's market. Go and walk in the local park. Find out what free programs are at the local library and attend; they tend to be very inclusive and beginner-friendly. Older, check out the senior center. Are you more active? Check out your local parks and recreation options. Learn to play pickleball, or even go fly a kite. Hopscotch? (Bonus here, you might have other folks play on your sidewalk out front - and not just kids). What are the things you always wanted to try, used to do, and just stopped, or just don't do often enough? Sure, you might be past the hanging upside down on the monkey bars, but what about a ride on the bicycle? Become a tourist in your own town and explore. You can even share pictures on your local social media of architecture in town you like, a favorite business, a mural on the wall, or an electrical box. No fancy equipment needed, just you walking around with your phone, and let's be honest, you were bringing the phone along already. And last one today, many cities now have parks that have exercise equipment in them, which are free to use. No gym needed! Find the things you enjoy in life that get you moving around, and do more of that. It's more than a great start, it's in fact how we live a good life, and how we stay in our own homes, independent longer. These are from my personal notes, gathering more information on Magnesium and which one is for what.
