Everything is a little messy right now, as I migrate everything into place. And that's okay, that's real life. You can still get some really great content, and see that no you and your project don't have to be perfect to get started and make a difference either.

There will be some glimpses here, into my personal life and the changes I am making, and where I live. Think of it as more of a behind the scenes and lifestyle. That's important for a couple of reasons. Building community online, is just like building community in your real life. We want to know a little bit more about people, build connections, and not just have a one way sterile encounter. There is enough of that in the world, and I am firmly committed to the idea that people are ready to come together, and heal, and build lives they love; and create more peace for themselves, their families, communities and the world. It really does ripple outwards.
What we do day-to-day, creates a ripple of energy, so we might as all learn how to start living intentionally, and creating solutions. It really is possible for each of us.

Wellness Brain and Body is where I share content that is designed to help you remember that it's all one body, it's all health and wellness. There are a lot of things we can do that help us to be healthier, and to have independence longer. I am committed to making mental health basics and a wellness mindset accessible through clear and engaging conversations. The world is so busy, we all need places we can go and find some of those what might work ideas, for ourselves and our family. Steer clear of anyone that tells you there is a one size fits all approach to your individual wellness, because it's simply not true. Just like you have individual fingerprints, you also have an individual digestive system and that's just two examples of the many that make up the one and wonderful you. And we know it's all connected, ask anyone that's ever stubbed their toe hard, or banged up a finger, you know all too well the truth that it affects you, not just that little spot. |

And that brings us to the Adventures in Resonance. People are ready to get back to lifestyles that are serving them, and their needs, finding a rhythm that allows them to thrive. Living life as an adventure makes it more fun, and is also a reminder that it's a journey. we are all on a journey and as the saying goes we are just walking each other home.
But here's the thing about adventures, when we are prepared, it's often easier and a lot more fun. If we know it's going to rain, we plan rain gear, right? Living in resonance is the same idea. We know that the full moon pulls on the tides and makes them bigger and stronger than other days. And we all know the stories about emergency care, and police calls on full moons. Adventures in Resonance brings us back into living with the natural cycles of following the seasons, and the timing that supports us. For example did you know the worst time to make resolutions in in January with the change of the calendar year? It's true, but media and society and marketing is out in full force to get us to commit to changes, and spend money on gym memberships and diets, knowing full well almost everyone will fail. Wouldn't it be better to instead, plant seeds of change when we know they have the best chance of taking root and growing? And stop beating ourselves up for trying to force things to work, and instead move into flow and success. That's the kind of support and information in the Adventures of Resonance community pages. By helping individuals connect with their inner energy and natural rhythms, we empower them to live more connected and balanced lives. As our energy shifts throughout the day and is influenced by others and our current 'seasons,' it can guide us to achieve better health and success. |
