An upgrade that is coming soon is an audio of each piece of content, above the content, so you can listen or read it. Those recordings will be easy to find, with a drawing on each one, similar to the one with this note!
Welcome!
Here you will find lifestyle information combining old ways and new science about health, wellness, and the brain.
Unfortunately, here in the States, we have some serious issues, with the removal of resources, data, and facts. It's pretty easy to see why you should be questioning things you have been taught to be true. If the USA can erase the data, in this very connected online world, of who served in the military, as an example; what translations of history are you still believing?
And we have many examples, let's use Egypt and the Pyramids as an example, where new information is now available, that contradicts what is being taught in schools for grade school through grad school. Because replacing textbooks is expensive, and people have built their lives and reputations around what they thought was true.
Witch Wisdom Today stands apart because it's always been a passing down of information, embracing new information, and providing a growing base of knowledge. It's more of a living and breathing document. Here are a couple of examples, when you learn the environment you are living in, especially if you have moved, or the climate has changed, you learn different ways to grow plants. You learn for example that a poinsettia plant in Boise, Idaho tends to die before Valentine's Day, and in San Diego, California it can be planted outside and grow into a huge bush that flowers every year and needs to be trimmed back.
Or if you learned that an herb was good for an ailment, then later learned it was very dangerous to someone with high blood pressure, you would shift your solutions.
Wellness Brain and Body includes learning things like, we now know that this idea of walking 10,000 steps a day was yet another marketing ploy, but we do still know that walking is key to many health factors, including how long you can stay living at home independently.
Or Mercury retrograde, many people thought (some still do) that the planet suddenly stops and changes directions. And no, it's not like a car at a stop sign that puts it in reverse, backs up for a while, and then starts again towards the stop sign.
How about nature, we used to live our lives aligned with the seasons, and the moons, now some people do, and some farmers do. And here in the States, the numbers dwindle every year, and people don't understand that other places in the world do things differently, often better. Think of it like this, when you leave your home, to go to the store or work, does it look similar to this:
You get the idea.
And many of us are just not prepared for an emergency, or prepared in a practical way. For example, I love a good deep-freeze freezer, but if all of your food is in there, and the power goes out for three days, how is that food? Or if you have to evacuate your home, (lots of reasons that happen, fires, floods, chemical spill, police activity) where are you going, and what are you taking with you? Lost your phone, or the battery charge is dead, do you know a number to call, or a password you never enter, because it's always auto-added in a phone app?
We are about 60 days into the current fascist administration here in the States and egg prices are very high, if you can even find eggs to buy. But many folks are learning about Depression-Era cooking and what to substitute for eggs.
Healthcare is a real hit or miss right now too, and many folks are looking at natural ways, teas, tinctures, and salves. Fantastic but it's good to know what could cause a miscarriage, or what herbs should never be taken together, even simple things like how to make whipped cream for your mental health, get me through this morning, latte. Here we are really big on What MIGHT Help, because every single person is different and one size fits all health, isn't a real thing.
There are thousands, and thousands of examples, of using wisdom to make your home healthier and happier, how to have wellness brain and body because it's all connected, and to have plenty of fun along the way. And that's how I plan to spend the rest of my days, gathering, sharing, learning more, teaching the tips and tricks (including what works faster than gratitude), and giving back value to whoever is in alignment and ready to heal and thrive.
I really hope that will include you!

Think of it like this, when you leave your home, to go to the store or work, does it look similar to this:
- Leave the house, and hurry to the car (it might even be in a garage, so you still haven't been outside).
- Drive to the next location.
- Get out of the car, and hurry into the building.
- How much fresh air did you breathe?
- If it was raining did you even need rain gear or an umbrella? If not how wet did you even get?
- What color was the sky, were there any stars, could you see the moon (did you even know you can see the moon in the daylight often?)?
- Were there trees along the way? Did they look healthy, are they evergreens, meaning they stay green always, like a Christmas tree, or did they have leaves?
You get the idea.
