![]() Happy first day of May! On the first of each month, I do a couple of things, and you may want to do the same! First, I change the calendar on the wall to the new month. You don't rush that, and do it the night before, because you keep your energy in the month you are in. And then, on the first of the month, one of the first things you do is say welcome to the new month, and its energy, and change the calendar page. Now your energy is flowing in alignment with the new month, and you aren't holding the stagnant energy of the old month. Second is I take a few minutes with my personal calendar, and remind myself what energy I am in for the month. I am in a 7 year, which is more of a spiritual, inner work energy all year long. And this month, May, I am in a 3 month, which brings the energy of celebrating, and happiness. Now there is something I have aligned with that energy this month that is a secret and can't be online yet, but I will share when it's appropriate. I know that for me the energy around me is inner work, waiting, slowing down, spiritual all year long, and this month is more about the joy while next month will be a 4 month, and about work still with that spiritual overlay. The year stays the same, each month changes, and then you can drill down also to the flavor of the day. For me, that means May 1st is a 7 year, a 3 month and a 4 day. Today, for me, work was a dumpster fire, pretty much all day. It was a solid day of work, though, and part of the problems of the day were very much changed for longer-term ease and success for me and the team I work with. And there were a lot of mini celebrations throughout the day. Using my personal compass and knowing where my energy is helps me stay in alignment with my path, and tools, even when it's a rough time. I know, looking at my calendar, tomorrow is a 5 positive changes day, and Saturday is a 6, and trust me, I already know without the calendar it's going to be a sleep-in and home-based day! If you want a peek at how you can see what your numbers are, for your year, month, and day, head over to Your Personal Number Vibration. That page will show you how to figure out your personal energy signature too. And it's simple math, and there is an easy guide on the page to help you know the basics of each number's energy vibration. And if you would like to share yours, or have a question, please leave a note - I would love to hear from you!

![]() One way to realize that people have much more in common than they don't - is to approach political issues, instead of politicians, as what you/they stand for and with. Let me give you some examples of what that can look like. Do you support mental health training for people who focus on mental health care for veterans? If you do, then make sure the people that represent you know that, both when you vote - but also for when they take office. That means contacting the person and saying - I support (or I do not support) mental health care for veterans. You have kept it a topic, you agree or disagree, and you want them to do something about it. You are paying attention, and it doesn't matter if you voted for them or not, because that is who represents you now, and you get to say - this IS or this is NOT important to me. I support due process, (or I do not) due process is the legal right that says you are innocent until proven guilty, and the burden is on the prosecution to prove you are in fact, guilty. And yes, you should still tell them, even if they are already for or against the position you agree with, because that gives them a stronger voice to say, hey my constituents, the people I represent, with my behavior, choices, and my votes want this. And yes that means your local city council, your local mayor, the county supervisors, the state elected officials, including the Gov, and those federal elected officials that we send to DC, and yes even the office of the President and Vice President. Finally, that also gives you a way to post your politics, in a local way, that is not created from division or all the things, but one piece at a time, and no pretzel logic needed. For example, I DO support mental health training and mental health access for all of our veterans. These folks have served our country, served freedom, and I believe they have earned and deserve the very best health care, mind, and body. The current data shows we have 17.6 veterans die by suicide each day - to me, that alone is reason enough to support mental health training, intervention, and care. If you are struggling or in crisis, call or text 988, the National Crisis and Suicide Prevention hotline, or call 911. Starting over looks like a lot of things - and in this case, it's the website and the work.
The time has come, across the planet to create change, not by hanging on to the "we always did it this way" and not the "we salvaged this, let's build it back to what it was" - instead it's time to look forward with an eye to if we started from scratch, from what we really, really, really want, what would that look like. We have reached a point in the States, where the Trump administration has destroyed access and resources to health, wellness, mental health, education, libraries, science, special education, head start, environmental agencies and programs, and so much more. To the point that resources are gone, or strained, or in such disarray that people can't get help. That has left many of us with tied hands, with nowhere to send folks for the help they need or in a time frame for what they need. That means, well, now what? Do we stop helping? Do we exhaust ourselves trying? Do we add our voice to best of luck, but that's no longer available? Or do we align with the astrology of this time, and take the brave step of erase it all and rebuild it, with the skills that we know work, and teaching people those skills so they can then build in their lives the new ways. It's kind of like knowing how to make chocolate chip cookies, and deciding do you mix it all at once, or first the wet then the dry and then combine, what can you substitute for an egg, how can you cook them if you are camping, or only have a toaster over, or waffle iron, etc. Once you give a person all of those answers, they can look around, and say Hey, we couple make cookies with what we have available. Life is like that, too, once we learn the basics. Is it a little scary to erase everything here and start again after years? Yep, it is! But it's also setting the example of walking the talk, and for living and thriving in the time we are living in, as some of us are holding the energy and creating the new templates. So here we are, step one -- erased. Step two - announce. Step three, today is the day to plant seeds, because it's the new moon, and this is the new moon in Taurus, and we know what we plant here, sticks, it holds, it grows, and it flourishes. It's also the faith that the right people will find the content they need (and there will be a LOT more of that coming), and that is enough. It's not about selling your soul to social media content and billionaires that are exploiting your content and your brain with algorithms, but instead, planting, watering, weeding, and growing. If that resonates with you, bookmark the site and come back often. And use the link below to sign up for emails, which will remind you to come back and alert you to what is new here. much love to you and yours, T |
