If you want you can note what the movement was too. There is a weekly look at weight, and a reminder of hydration where you can mark off your 8 glasses of water a day, and track your meals also. But I will tell you that the most important tracker there, is how many hours of sleep did you get each day. Tracking our sleep hygiene is so important for our health, until we have a regular routine in place that we can count on.

The link will take you to a free quiz from Berkley, that shows you a series of faces, and gives you a multiple choice of what is that person feeling. Are the angry, happy, interested or? After each question you can see the answer, and they tell you why, and what they see in the face that gives that result. At the end they do ask a few demographic questions, and then you can see your full result with a what that means. If you choose not to answer the demographics you can see as you go how many you got right out of the 20 faces. Appropriate for all ages and can even be a good conversation tool with youth. |
